300 ner service crash (#301)

- Bugfixing: Wenn das Dokument aus der Mongo keinen Eintrag für Text
oder Titel hatte, ist die Pipeline gecrasht. -->Eine Abfrage wurde
hinzugefügt.
- Überschreiben des Datenbanknamens wurde entfernt
- ein Attribut des Transformers hat sich geändert
