chore(deps): update pnpm to v11.25.0

This PR removes the redundant local workflow file (`.gitea/workflows/lint.yaml`) in favor of the central **Global Scoped Workflow** hosted in `Global-Workflows` (`.gitea/scoped_workflows/lint.yaml`).
